5 hour minimum purchase. Rate $185.00 per hour. Hours are good for 12 months from date of purchase. No refunds. Turn-around is 1 business day. Minimum billing increment is one quarter of an hour. Response will be either via email or telephone at Electroniclaim's option.

5 hour minimum purchase. Rate is $200.00 per hour. Telephone contact with support engineer. Response time is subject to availability of Support Engineer.

Maintenance Contracts
For HIPAAMagic, ANSIMagic and REMITMagic. Covers updates to the current version of the specifications made by CMS for one year from date of purchase. A release of a new version of the ANSI specifications, such as a change from 4010 to 4060, is not included in the maintenance contract. Update CDs will be mailed via USPS.
