43 Steps to Success
The user can use the Claims selection on the data menu to run the claim form. This is where the claims are entered, edited, and deleted from Electroniclaim. Five tabs can be seen on the top of the form, showing the order in which the user should begin. The first page, Patient, Insure (P.1), is where the claim process should begin. The walk-through below and on the following pages will illustrate the claim entering process. At any times, the user can select the new button from the toolbars to create a new claim. Additional information for each individual field can be found using F3 help. To activate F3 help, select the field and press the F3 button.
1) Select a Patient
The first step is to select a patient. All patient information can be added or edited on this picklist. See Patients for more information on adding and editing patient information.
