If you are new to the Medical Claims Processing field, you should allow approximately two to three weeks to successfully complete the program.  If you are experienced in the field of medical billing and want to work with Electroniclaim from home, this course may be completed sooner.  

This course includes updated information regarding all aspects of claims submission, coding and processing.  This course will instruct you in necessary concepts and procedures in the processing of both paper and electronic claims.  Although you may never process paper claims, it is important to understand the appropriate method of doing so and become acquainted with the forms and fields. 

This course consists of fourteen lessons (5 Chapters), along with periodic progress checks and chapter quizzes.  Each lesson should be studied carefully before scheduling oral examinations by telephone.
