A High Tech Problem ANSI Mapping

ElectroniClaim's ANSI Mapping Software is a low-cost solution to a high tech problem.ElectroniClaim® will convert any NSF claim files so that they are in compliance with the final rule on the Administrative Simplification provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) as published in the Federal Register on August 17, 2000.tober 16, 2002; and 2003 for small health plans. If you have filed an extensions with a compliance plan the new deadline is October 16, 2003 and 2004 for small health plans. CMS has stated that it has no statutory authority to extend the dates further. Believe it!

ElectroniClaim® can make your transition easier, and at the same time reduce your costs through implementation of ANSI 837 version 4010. This conversion software is available with easy-to-use instructions, or our staff is ready to assist you in implementing this software on your system with a complete warranty.

We offer the following outstanding products:

HIPAAMagic (sm) - translates the NSF verison 1.4, 2.0 or 3.01 professional claim files to HIPAA compliant ANSI X12 837 version 4010 transaction sets in accordance with the Professional Claim Implementation Guide published by Washington Publishing Corp. on behalf of CMS, including the latest addenda (currently 004010X098A1).

ANSIMagic (sm) - translates UB92 version 6 institutional claim files to ANSI X12 837 version 4010 transaction sets in accordance with the Institutional Claim Implementation Guide published by Washington Publishing Corp. on behalf of CMS, including the latest addenda (currently 004010X096A1). It can also translate UB92 version 5 claims to version 6 prior to submission to the translator.

REMITMagic (sm) takes Electronic Remittance Notices (ERN) from medical claims payers which are in the ANSI 835 format (004010X091A1) and translates them into the National Standard Format version 2.01. It has the ability to capture the data in tables so that custom formats can be created for any automatic posting routines for practice management or medical billing systems. It has the ability to create Explanation of Benefits (EOB) reports in a format with which users are already familiar. It works with many practice management systems. Like the entireElectroniClaim® suite of ANSI transaction software, there are no per-claim fees and no limit to the number of doctors, payers or claims that can be processed. You can now take direct electronic payments and post them to your receivables systems. This is one of the HIPAA transactions which can actually save money. If it does not fit your practice management system we can create custom interfaces for you. Many offices have almost as many people who post payments as there are who post claims. Imagine if they were able to avoid the drudgery of the data entry and actually follow up on remaining balances, deductibles and co-pays. This was the promise of the Administrative Simplification portion of HIPAA. Make it work for you.
