Transaction file Gap Analysis is the determination of what required data is missing from the NSF input files. This is determined easily using the HIPAAMagic Gap Analysis Report. The program reads through a NSF file, looking for data in the required fields within the NSF file. When required data is not found, the report prints a description of the missing data with a space for the user to fill it in.
